Our Competition Team has 4 Levels1. Rubies — Beginner Level
2. Emeralds — Intermediate Level 3. Sapphires — Intermediate Advanced Level 4. Diamonds — Advanced Level The studio offers competition in various levels of Jazz, Lyrical, Contemporary, tap, Hip Hop and Musical Theater. Dancers have an opportunity to compete solos, duets and trios with instructor approval. |

Required Classes
Rubies: Ballet, Jazz, All in One, Emeralds: Ballet, Jazz, All-In-One, Sapphires: Ballet, Jazz, All-In-One, Diamonds: Ballet, Jazz, All-In-One — Dancers wanting to compete in Hip Hop only are required to take Hip Hop and All-in-One.
Try outs are not required, however a dancer seeking to join the competition team needs to meet with the competition director in a class or privately for placement.

Competitions
Competition classes begin in September. Our competition Showcase (dress rehearsal) is on stage at a local venue in February. Regional competitions begin late February or March. We will do three mandatory Regional competitions and two optional competitions for soloists and duets between the months of February - June. All Regional competitions are within the Chicago and Milwaukee areas. We will also do a National competition in June or July.
Master Classes and Workshops
We have master classes/workshops during our summer session where the studio will bring outside teachers to come in one day and teach all age levels.
