Hi! I’m Ally!
lly moved to Chicago in 2016 to pursue a professional career, where she performs with Alluvion Dance Chicago as a company member. Additionally, Ally has performed at the Cleveland Dance Festival, Emergence Dance Festival, and J E L L O Performance Series. Ally has had the opportunity to travel and teach around the Midwest with Dancwerks, LLC and is so excited to continue sharing her knowledge with the amazing students at Shine Bright!

Ally Sanov received her bachelor’s of arts in dance from the School of Theatre and Dance at Texas Tech University. During her time at Texas Tech, Ally was a member of the University Dance Company and Chi Tau Epsilon, the national dance honor society. While with the company, she had the opportunity to tour in Trinidad and Tobago to perform at the COCO Dance Festival, perform in several local concerts, as well as perform in the American College Dance Association Gala. Additionally, Ally’s choreography entitled, On Life’s Terms, was selected to represent Texas Tech at American College Dance Association in 2015. Ally also served as an apprentice with Flatlands Dance Theatre under the direction of Ali Duffy. She has had the pleasure of working with many notable choreographers in her career including Ellen Werksman, Trent Williams, Jr., and Sarah Magoon. Upon graduation, Ally taught at several studios, and began judging for StageOne Dance Productions.
